Q.
I have been living with someone for the past 5 years. Several years ago, I lent him money to start a business. The equipment for the business is still in my name and he has even traded one of the machines without me signing any paper work. He has told me he no longer wants to stay together but that I can't have the equipment or any of the money he has made. Is there any way to get my money back?
